Ditch the ad budget! I kid – I have always loved advertising.

But reading this post- ‘Can Brands Survive Without Advertising-‘ it may be worth rethinking how you allocate some of that ad budget.

And I say that especially since recently I have been auditing a lot of clients’ Google Analytics implementations and see companies spending obscene amounts of money each month on paid search when their campaigns and analytics were set up years and years ago – so ill equipped to actually measure the true performance of the ad spend.
